ABOUT ME

I’m Alana. I’m a Bay Area native living in San Francisco. I received my Master of Fine Arts in Photography in 2023, and work freelance as a beauty, fashion and fine art photographer for brands and individuals alike. Each genre I work in shares a cohesive style that emphasizes vibrant colors and striking forms, creating a unified visual language across my portfolio. My commitment to authentic story telling is interwoven into each concept I explore, while uplifting and empowering my subjects. I’m committed to inclusivity and strive to represent all colors, sizes and shapes in my work. I’m always exploring new techniques and concepts, aiming to spark conversation and evoke emotion in every shot. With a growing portfolio that's getting noticed in the fashion and art world, I’m excited to keep evolving my style while staying true to my personal vision.

When I’m not in the studio I’m off the grid with my family in Northern Michigan.
